Speaking on the remarkable turnout, LJLA Executive Secretary, Mrs. Ayisat Agbaje-Okunade, described the application figures as a strong reflection of the potential, brilliance, and leadership capacity that exists within Nigeria’s youth population.
“We are inspired by the overwhelming response from young Nigerians across the country. The volume and quality of applications received over the years continue to reaffirm our belief that Nigeria is filled with visionary, passionate, and solution-driven young people who are eager to serve and lead with purpose” she said.
The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy remains committed to identifying, grooming, and empowering individuals who possess the courage, competence, and character required to shape the future of governance and leadership in Nigeria.
As the selection process progresses, successful applicants will advance through the various stages of assessment designed to identify individuals with strong leadership potential, critical thinking abilities, policy awareness, and a demonstrated commitment to public impact.
