We implement adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, as required under Section 39 of the NDPA.

In case of a data breach that risks your rights or freedoms, we will notify the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) and affected individuals within 72 hours of identification.

6. Data Transfer

If data is transferred outside Nigeria, it will only be done if the destination ensures adequate protection or is based on legal grounds such as explicit consent, vital interests, or public interest.

As a data subject you have:

• Right to access your data
• Right to correct inaccuracies
• Right to deletion (erasure)
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to object to processing
• Right to withdraw consent at any time
