In case of a data breach that risks your rights or freedoms, we will notify the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) and affected individuals within 72 hours of identification.

If data is transferred outside Nigeria, it will only be done if the destination ensures adequate protection or is based on legal grounds such as explicit consent, vital interests, or public interest.
