Today at the academy, we took our first quarterly seminar, in partnership with the Africa Leadership Initiative – West Africa, a step higher.
Fellows explored and studied phenomenal leaders like Mahatma Gandhi of India, Jean Monnet of France, Margaret Thatcher of the united kingdom and Lee Kuan Yew of Singapore.

Gandhi’s resilience, Monnet’s transformative introspection, Thatcher’s firm leadership and Yew’s visionary wisdom all brought a combination of timeless insights on leadership for the fellows.
